Day 01
Kochi Arrival & Transfer to Munnar
Arrival at Kochi International Airport/ Railway/ Bus Station by morning .Our cab will be waiting for your pickup. Local sightseeing of Kochi, Places of interests: Chinese fishing nets, St Francise Church, Dutch palace (closed on Fridays), Jewish Synagogue(closed on Fridays & Saturdays) and you can stroll through the fragrance streets of the spice market etc. Later proceed to Munnar on arrival check -in to the hotel. Munnar got its name from - "Moonu" means three and "aaru" means river in malayalam. So Munnar means three rivers, it is situated where three rivers namely - Mudirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundalai. On the way, you can see Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls .Overnight stay at hotel..
Day 02
Munnar Sightseeing
Morning have your breakfast at hotel. Proceed for local sightseeing. Visit Mattupetty Dam – The Mattupetty dam and lake is situated at an altitude of 1700 m. Enjoy the panoramic view of the dam surrounded by wooden hills and tea plantations, also visit Echo point ,Kundala dam Tata Tea Museum and Eravikulam National Park at Rajamalai which is the natural habitat of highly endangered species of mountain goats, called Nilgiri Tahr. Here you can see Nilgiri Tahr grazing along the grasslands Evening back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03
Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast, check-out from resort and proceed to Thekkady ,Thekkady is blessed with dense green forests, semi-evergreen, moist deciduous forests and savanna grasslands; Tiger reserve, Thekkady, with its bountiful treasures of tropical plants and fauna is the last reservoir of many an endangered species and a wealthy tribal subculture. Thekkady is a pleasing heaven on the earth for those who love nature in its wild manifestations. On arrival at Thekkady, check- in to the hotel ,Visit Periyar wild life Sanctuary. The Periyar wild life sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km of which 360 sq km is thick ever green forest. Noted for its geomorphology, diversity of wild life and scenic beauty, the sanctuary was declared as Tiger Reserve in 1978. Day 04
Thekkady to Alleppey
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Alleppey known as "Venice of the East" on reaching Alleppey, The guest can check- in to houseboat at 12:00 hrs from Alleppey cruise through the beauty of Vembanadu Lake. Glide along the narrow canals laced by the infinite greenery imparted by coconut to palms watch the gentle and soothing greenery of paddy fields and the village folk at work. Delicious Kerala recipe will be served in the houseboat. The boat will anchor at 6:00 PM as per the laws of the Government of Kerala.Overnight stay at the Houseboat.
Day 05
Alleppey to Kanyakumari
After breakfast, around 9AM checkout from houseboat at Alleppey and proceed to Kanyakumari on arrival check-in to hotel. Relax for a while and proceed for the sightseeing. Places of interest - Vivekananda Rock, Mahatma Gandhi memorial resembling centre ,Thiruvalluvar statue etc. In the evening you can watch the beautiful sunset of the Kanyakumari. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kanyakumari.
Day 06
Kanyakumari to Kovalam
Early morning watch the sunrise and later after breakfast check-out from Kanyakumari hotel and proceed to the “Paradise of the South” Kovalam beach. On arrival and check-in to the hotel.. The day is free for you to enjoy in the Kovalam beach. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 07
Departure
